- What counts as a run?
- One walk of the whole path on one app, however it started: a deploy, the schedule, Run now, or a hook test. Every run covers all four steps, signup, email, pay and access, and keeps its screenshots, video, HAR and console log. The allowance resets on the first of each month.
- What does the Free plan leave out?
- Only the schedule. Free covers 1 app and 25 runs a month with the full evidence and every alert channel, and runs start on deploy or with Run now. Paid plans add runs between deploys, more apps, more runs and longer history.
- What happens at the limit?
- From 80% of the monthly allowance the Runs page shows the count. At 100% deploys, schedules and Run now pause until the reset and you get one email. Deploy hooks keep answering 200 with reason: quota instead of starting a run, so your pipeline never fails because of Mystra.
- Does a run cost me anything on Stripe?
- No. The pay step reaches Stripe Checkout, reads the plan and amount, and stops. No card is typed and nothing is charged, so a run creates one throwaway account and one abandoned Checkout session on your app, nothing else.
- How do I change plans?
- Under Settings → Billing in the dashboard. Switching plans opens the Stripe billing portal, which prorates the difference instead of charging twice; invoices and cancelling live there too. Your runs and evidence stay until their retention date.
- Is there a team or agency plan?
- Not yet. Pro covers 10 apps under one account, each with its own alert channels and share links. If you run more than that, write to hello@mystra.run and say how many.
